SIMON GRIEVE PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully.
1. Entry to this competition is open to UK residents, aged 16 years or over at the time of entry.
2. Entry by employees of Allen & Page, their agencies, their close relatives and anyone connected to the competition is not permitted.
3. Only one entry per person is allowed.
4. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
5. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6. Entry to the competition is via UPDATE. Complete the form and submit your details to enter.
7. The competition closes at 23.59hrs on 10/05/2026. After this time no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received, for whatever reason.
9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or unanticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10. The prize for this competition is an afternoon for two with Simon Grieve at his yard in Leicestershire at a date to be confirmed.
11. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability, and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. The winners will be chosen at random from the valid entrants by a representative of the promoter.
13. The winners will be notified by email. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winners and pick replacement winners.
14. The promoter will contact the winners with the date, time and location of Simon Grieve’s yard once the date has been confirmed by Simon Grieve.
15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
17. The promoter reserves the right to approach the winners to request the use of their name and images in any publicity material. The promoter may also approach the winners to request permission for additional marketing images / video. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
