PIPPA PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully.
1. Entry to this competition is open to UK residents, aged 16 years or over at the time of entry.
2. Entry by employees of Allen & Page, their agencies, their close relatives and anyone connected to the competition is not permitted.
3. Only one entry per person is allowed.
4. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
5. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6. Entry to the competition is via www.allenandpage.com/pippaprizedraw. Complete the form and submit your details to enter.
7. The competition closes at 23.59hrs on 01/03/2026. After this time no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received, for whatever reason.
9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or unanticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10. The prize for this competition is a private lesson with Pippa Funnell on a horse or pony provided by the winner (owned or loaned), at a mutually agreed convenient time. No horse or pony will be provided by the promoter.
11. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability, and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. The winner will be chosen at random from the valid entrants by a representative of the promoter.
13. The winner will be notified by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
14. The promoter will contact the winner to arrange a mutually convenient time for the lesson to take place.
15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
17. The promoter reserves the right to approach the winner to request the use of their name and image in any publicity material. The promoter may also approach the winner to request permission for additional marketing images / video. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
