Woodcroft Stud’s Trakehner mare, Woodcroft Diore has been crowned the 2008 Supreme Champion at the Trakehner British Breeders Annual show.
The five-year-old black mare produced by Woodcroft Stud has been working all year towards the 2008 Trakehner Breeders show. Woodcroft Diore began the show by winning the Mare Performance Test with an impressive score of 8.85. Receiving 9 out of 10 for her loose jumping. The Test rider obviously experienced a great ride from the young mare as she awarded an incredible 19 out of 20 for rideability.
Like all of the horses at Woodcroft Stud, Woodcroft Diore is fed Allen & Page horse feeds. Bernadette O’Sullivan and Tim Harris of Woodcroft Stud said: "A big part of our success is down to the feed and support from Allen & Page. Woodcroft Diore is fed Quiet mix and it has done wonders for her. When she arrived from Germany last winter she was not in fantastic condition and had only ever eaten oats, she was nervous and was having trouble settling down. Our local Allen & Page representative, Nicola Ball, has been wonderful she assessed Diore and recommended Quiet Mix. The feed is brilliant it has given her a wonderful topline, condition and helped to calm her temperament while giving her enough energy to perform in the show ring."
Woodcroft Stud are breeders and producers of high quality Trakehner and Warmblood horses, from foals to performance horses. All of their horses are selected from proven genes using only the best bloodlines. New horses regularly arrive from Europe requiring individual nutritional needs that have been fully met by the products in the Allen & Page range.
